• All prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change until deposits or payments are made.
• Deposits and final payments must be made by the deadlines provided. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation by the supplier.
• Some bookings require non‑refundable deposits.
• You are responsible for reviewing all invoices, confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy.

Cancellation policies are set by the cruise line or travel supplier, not Cruise Agent USA.

• Penalties may apply depending on the supplier’s rules and the timing of cancellation.
• Refunds, if applicable, are issued directly by the supplier.

Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding with no refund.
